A healing form that already has the shape of the tooth. PEP gives the soft tissue an anatomic emergence profile from day one, built from real cervical cross-sections instead of a round cylinder.
Each rim follows a real tooth cross-section, with a critical and sub-critical contour for the tissue to follow.
The profile rises from platform to rim as a single smooth concave flare, with no steps, bulges or waves.
Optional ports let the flap be sutured directly to the form. The entry and exit are shaped for an easy needle path.
The Ti-base connection, seat and screw channel are kept exactly as the original. Only the upper form changes.
